For your convenience we offer blood draw in clinic for a convenience fee of $15
Note: The phlebotomy service is only offered to members of our practice whose labs can be sent to labcorps. This includes all of our self pay patients as well as those who have insurance contracted with labcorps. We cannot do blood draws for patients whose insurance is contracted with Quest Diagnostics. In that case, Dr. James can order the bloodwork and the patient will have to go to Quest center to get bloodwork done. However, we can still do multiple labs for Quest patients like pap smear, strep culture, respiratory panel, urine testing, biopsy specimen, wound culture, etc for Quest patients.
Members of our practice get a discounted pricing on self pay labs. If you have insurance, you can apply your insurance towards the labs as well.
You can get your routine physical labs with Vit D and Vit B12 done for $65!

Members who don't have insurance are eligible for self-pay discounted pricing. Those with insurance can use their insurance for imaging orders.
For patients who don't have insurance, we will work with you to find specialists if you need to go see them. We have a network of specialists who will see you either in person or virtually for an upfront fee. If you have insurance, all we have to do is place a referral to a specialist who takes your insurance. We send the referrals along with your pertinent medical records over to the specialist to facilitate smooth and prompt care.
*Special note: HMO plans requires a referral from a primary care physician within the network for referrals to specialists and for DMEs. We still accept patients with HMO plans, but it is the patient's responsibility to find another PCP who accept's their insurance plan and can place these referrals. To clarify, we can still order labs, images, and medications, just not referrals to specialists and DMEs if you wish for your HMO insurance to cover them.
